SJSU Elm Slabs

These beautiful Elm slabs are from trees that once stood tall on the San Jose State University campus for over a hundred years. As one of the oldest public institutions of higher education on the West Coast, the well-established campus is situated on 154 acres and occupies approximately 19 square blocks. When it became time to take down these beautiful Elm trees, Mission Bell jumped at the opportunity to give these historic trees a new lease on life.
